Job summary

E-Cruit Team Pte Ltd in Bugis, Singapore, is seeking a Bar Service Crew member to support daily bar operations and uphold service standards. You will supervise bartenders and service staff, assist with opening/closing duties and inventory, and ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires 1+ year in F&B/bar service, flexibility for evenings/weekends/PH, and a valid Food Hygiene Certification. Working hours are 4pm–12am, six days per week.

Qualifications

• Min 1 year experience in F&B/bar service.
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Possess Food & Hygiene Certification.
• Working Hours: 6 days work week, 4pm - 12am.
• Location: Bugis.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the bar and ensure smooth service.
• Supervise and guide bartenders and service crew during shifts.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory and replenishment.
• Ensure drinks are prepared and served according to standards.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve basic service issues.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards at the bar.
• Assist with staff scheduling and deployment when required.
• Handle POS transactions and basic cash reconciliation.
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned
