Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality or service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a warm and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Provide menu and cocktail recommendations
- Serve beverages and maintain proper table presentation
- Monitor assigned tables and anticipate guest needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining/service area
- Process orders through the POS system
- Coordinate with bartenders and other team members
- Handle guest requests and concerns professionally
- Assist with opening and closing duties
