Job summary

You will clean and sanitize bar surfaces, wash glassware, maintain health and hygiene standards, and manage stock levels with restock orders.

Responsibilities

• Mix classic and specialty cocktails, pour beer or wine, and serve sake or shochu at correct serving temperatures.
• Greet patrons, explain Japanese beverage selections, and suggest ideal drink and food pairings in coordination with the kitchen and floor staff.
• Clean and sanitize bar surfaces, wash glassware, and maintain health and hygiene standards.
• Track stock levels for specialty ingredients, spirits, and garnishes, submitting restock orders as needed.
• Coordinates daily supply inventory for bar and submits orders to supervisor; assists with receipt of deliveries.
