Job summary

Hill House in Antipolo, Rizal is seeking a bar staff with strong knowledge of beverages and cocktails. You will uphold hygiene, handle opening/closing tasks, promote daily specials, and manage inventory to ensure the bar runs smoothly.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and 1 year of service experience in bars or restaurants serving mocktails, with excellent customer relations, integrity, and teamwork to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• At least High School graduate.
• Preferably at least one (1) year service experience in any Bar and Restaurant serving Mocktail and Mocktail drinks.

Responsibilities

• Providing gold standard service adhering to restaurant bar’s policies and procedure.
• Knowledgeable with any alcoholic beverages and cocktail & Cocktail drinks including to garnishing.
• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of the bar at all times.
• Follow the opening and closing checklist on a daily basis.
• Offer daily specials and promotions.
• Complete knowledge of and strictly abide by liquor regulations.
• Accountable for daily, weekly and monthly inventory of the bar area.
• Order all necessary supplies to ensure the bar is well-stocked.
• Can create new beverages in accordance to customer, social, and business trends.
• Responsible for cleaning and maintaining bar equipment such as coffee machines, blender, juicer, etc.
• Report any discrepancies, concerns to Restaurant Manager.
• Ensure proper endorsement to incoming shift.
