Responsibilities

• Maintain stock levels of beverages, glassware, and supplies at all times.
• Prepare and replenish mise en place to support smooth service.
• Assist in serving and preparing beverages according to standards.
• Obtain bar supplies from the storeroom efficiently.
• Ensure bar and service areas are clean, organized, and ready.
• Support bartenders and service team to ensure efficient service flow.
• Communicate clearly with team members on operational needs.
• Report any guest-related concerns promptly.
• Attend pre-service briefings.
• Keep assigned stations stocked, tidy, and service-ready.
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables as required.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar, equipment, and back-of-house areas.
• Provide courteous assistance to guests when needed.
• Support the team in delivering a seamless dining experience.
• Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor.
• Maintain proper grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards.

The Role

The Bar Back is responsible for supporting bar and service operations to ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience. By maintaining stock levels, assisting in beverage service, and ensuring operational readiness, this role enables efficient and courteous delivery of food and beverage service, contributing to the hotel's reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Bar Operations Support

• Maintain stock levels of beverages, glassware, and supplies at all times
