• Provide excellent customer service: Greet and seat guests, take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area: Keep tables and surrounding areas clean and tidy, restock supplies as needed, assist with table setting and resetting.
• Follow restaurant policies and procedures: Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines, comply with restaurant rules and regulations regarding cash handling, food safety, and customer service.
• Contribute to a positive team environment: Work effectively with other waitstaff, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, effectively communicate order details to the kitchen, and address any guest concerns.
