Key Responsibilities

Order Management

• Accurately take food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar staff.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner.
• Ensure order accuracy and follow up with guests after serving.

Table Maintenance

• Set up and prepare tables before guests arrive.
• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently after guests leave.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and ensure compliance with hygiene standards.

Experience

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role (preferred but not always required).

Skills
