Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve banquet revenue and business targets.
• Generate new business through corporate accounts, social events, weddings, conferences, meetings, and other functions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Proactively identify new market opportunities, conduct client meetings and presentations, and close banquet sales.
• Build and nurture strong partnerships with corporate, travel, and event clients, following up regularly to boost conversions and repeat business.
• Draft custom packages, proposals, and contracts, negotiating rates that align with profitability goals.
• Partner with Banquet Operations, F&B, Culinary, and Finance to ensure seamless event execution.
• Maintain client records, monitor performance metrics, support promotional campaigns, and refine event packages based on client feedback and market demand.
