Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field.
• 1–3 years of sales experience in hospitality/hotel/resort industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
• Strong knowledge of corporate sales, MICE, travel trade, and account management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management and business development skills.
• Highly organized with excellent planning, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to travel for client meetings, sales calls, and industry events when required.
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive with strong problem-solving skills
