Job summary

Private Advertiser in Metro Manila is seeking a proactive Sales and Banquet Coordinator to assist the Sales and Banquet Department in handling inquiries, reservations, and coordination for meetings, conferences, weddings, social functions, corporate events, and other banquets.

You will prepare quotations, proposals, BEOs, function sheets, contracts, and other sales-related documents, coordinate with clients on event requirements, and conduct site inspections to showcase venues.

Qualifications

• Ability to respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries.
• Experience preparing quotations, proposals, banquet event orders, function sheets, and contracts.
• Ability to coordinate with clients to gather event requirements.
• Experience conducting site inspections and assisting clients in viewing venues and facilities.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, travel agencies, wedding planners, and business partners.
• Knowledge of hotel policies, service standards, and sales and banquet procedures.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, BEOs, function sheets, contracts, and other sales documents.
• Coordinate with clients to gather event requirements (menu, guest count, venue setup, program flow, AV, special requests).
• Conduct site inspections and assist clients in viewing venues and facilities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Banquet Operations, F&B, Kitchen, Front Office, Engineering, Housekeeping, and other departments for smooth execution.
• Ensure all event details are communicated and documented before the function.
• Monitor bookings, deposits, payments, billing, and related documentation.
• Follow up on proposals, confirmations, contracts, and final event arrangements.
• Provide on-site coordination and admin support during events.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve client concerns during events.
