Qualifications

• Good communication skills.
• Can handle multiple events and tasks.
• Willingness to relocate and work in Clark, Pampanga.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all aspects of the outlet to achieve service quality goals and profitability.
• Monitor and oversee the actual service provided by the staff.
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Monitor presentation of food and review concerns with the Banquet Sous Chef.
• Respond to event coordinator and customer complaints promptly and effectively.
• Uphold high hygiene standards and enforce resort rules.
