Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate banquet administrative records (function schedules, attendance, staffing, briefing documents, checklists, reports).
• Monitor and promptly update the Banquet service team and relevant departments on changes or discrepancies in function details.
• Support function summaries, staffing updates and daily briefings.
