Job summary

Metrobank's Design Researcher role focuses on uncovering customer insights to inform digital banking experiences. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Anthropology, HCI, Design, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in UX research, design research, or customer insights roles.
• Experience designing and conducting qualitative and quantitative studies (interviews, usability testing, surveys, A/B testing).
• Proficiency in research tools such as Optimal Workshop, Lookback, Maze, UserZoom, or similar.
• Experience in financial services or fintech is a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile product development processes.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute mixed-method research in a fast-paced development environment.
• Analyze and synthesize findings to inform product strategy, design decisions, and feature prioritization.
• Integrate research findings with internal data sources and market insights for a holistic view of user behavior.
• Provide actionable, data-driven recommendations across all stages of product development.
