Job summary

NCS Philippines is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a banking industry background to lead onsite technology projects in Makati City. You will oversee full lifecycle implementations, manage diverse teams, and ensure regulatory compliance and data security across banking platforms.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project management within banking/FS, strong stakeholder communication, and proficiency with PM tools.

Qualifications

5+ years PM experience, with 3+ years on technology projects in banking/FS.
Deep understanding of banking ops, core systems, payments, and regulatory compliance.
Experience managing budgets and cross-functional teams on critical tech implementations.
Familiar with BSP guidelines and IT governance in financial institutions.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and oversee full lifecycle banking technology projects from initiation to closure.
Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations for banking requirements.
Lead cross-functional teams of developers, analysts, QA, and business stakeholders.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies in banking context.
Maintain client communication through status reports and stakeholder meetings.
Ensure adherence to banking standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Track performance against scope, schedule, budget, and quality metrics.
Facilitate requirements gathering, change control, and scope management.
Conduct post-project reviews and capture lessons learned for delivery improvement.
Support business development with technical insights and feasibility assessments.
