Job summary

A leading consultancy firm in Metro Manila seeks an experienced Business Analyst to enhance back-office operations. Responsibilities include defining business requirements and supporting digital banking initiatives. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in the banking sector. This is a full-time position offering an attractive salary package of up to Php 170,000. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years as a non-IT/technical Business Analyst, with 2 years in banking.
• Experience with digital banking projects such as mobile/web banking apps.
• Ability to document and negotiate company requirements for back-office functions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with defining and shaping the company's requirements.
• Act as a spokesperson for clarification of the needs.
• Support the development of potential solutions in alignment with overall objectives.
