Formación

• Completed at least two years in college without failing subjects.
• At least 1 year call center experience providing voice customer service for an international retail banking account.
• Amenability to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and Philippine holidays (when needed).
• Location at U.P. Ayala Land Techno Hub, Quezon City.
• Hybrid work arrangement: onsite and from home depending on business need.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for Manulife Bank customers, business account holders, and advisors.
• Handle inbound inquiries with accurate, timely resolutions.
• Educate customers on banking products, policies, and digital tools.
• Support servicing needs across savings, chequing, investments, mortgages, and loans.
• Investigate and resolve complex customer issues balancing service and risk.
• Document interactions and close cases in the systems.
