Qualifications

• MBA from Tier-1 B-school.
• 8 to 10 years of work experience in top strategy, management, technology consulting firms or with core banking product companies.
• Experience in core banking strategy, core banking transformations, core banking vendor assessment, or related areas.
• Open to cross-country relocation.
• Strong writing and analytical skills; ability to build viewpoints on industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients on complex problems and help them achieve goals.
• Conduct analyses to determine the best path for solving business problems, including process improvement and systems enhancement.
• Gather facts through research, interviews, and surveys to analyze processes, draw conclusions, and present findings.
• Evaluate costs, benefits, and obstacles of potential solutions and implement plans.
• Conduct business readiness assessments and follow best practices to drive project implementation.
