Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Financial Services Consultant (Capital Markets) to work with our global teams on digital-ready transformation for investment banks, asset and wealth managers, and exchanges.

Open to cross-country relocation, you will help define target-state processes, governance, and data-driven decision making, while applying Accenture best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience solving complex client problems such as regulatory reforms and implementation.
• Ability to define and manage organizational change across processes, technology and structure.
• Experience guiding transformation programs from legacy to target states.
• Ability to assess current processes and design to-be processes with best industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client challenges to solve complex issues like regulatory reforms and implementation.
• Define and manage organizational change with reference to process, technology and structure.
• Manage transformation projects to migrate from legacy to target.
• Assess as-is processes and propose to-be processes to remove inefficiencies.
• Support data governance and management to optimize operations and business decisions.
• Develop collateral, refine methodologies, track trends and support proposals with Accenture value.
• Incorporate Accenture best practices and embed methodologies across the project lifecycle.
