Job summary

Deloitte Philippines is seeking a Senior Consultant to deliver end-to-end advisory across IT strategy, transformation, operations and optimization for banking clients. You will lead discussions, validate solutions, and coach project teams while building trusted client relationships.

Ideal candidates hold a good honors degree in IT/Business/Engineering, 4+ years in banking or IT consulting, and strong English communication. Willingness to travel domestically and abroad is required.

Qualifications

A good honors Degree, preferably at postgraduate level, in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplines.
Consultant will require a minimum of 4 years of experience in Banking / IT management consulting.
Experience in advisory as well as implementation in IT Strategy, Transformation, Operations and Optimization.
Strong analytical and communication skills in English; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end advisory and overlay point-of-views onto research and analyses; formulate technology-enabled solutions.
Manage assessment and requirements gathering; review functional specs against business needs.
Engage clients in discussions, presentations and workshops to validate solutions.
Develop trusted relationships with clients and gain market recognition for capabilities.
Provide quality assurance and ensure timely delivery of work products.
Coach project teams during execution and maintain operational excellence.
Meet clients regularly to define problems, priorities, proposals and POV publications.
