Job summary

The HIRD Corp. is seeking an experienced Risk Officer to join its UK Banking and Financial Services team in Quezon City. The role focuses on supporting financial risk operations, identifying potential risks, and ensuring compliance with policies and standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring risks, reporting findings, and collaborating with internal teams to improve controls. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5–6 years in risk roles, with preference for banking risk experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-6 years of risk officer experience in BPO or Shared Services.
• Banking/financial risk management experience preferred.
• Voice/collections exposure is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and attention to detail.
• Willing to work shifting UK hours.
• Willing to work 100% onsite at Eton Centris, Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess financial and operational risks.
• Identify risk exposures and suggest mitigation measures.
• Review risk-related cases, transactions, and activities.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare risk assessment reports and documentation.
