Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Production Support professional to join our Banking & Financial Services team in Singapore River Central Region. You will ensure smooth operation and maintenance of production systems and applications supporting critical banking operations, delivering rapid issue resolution to maintain system availability and performance.

Role requires 5-7 years of Banking sector experience with production support, strong SQL/PLSQL, ETL tooling, and data warehouse

Qualifications

• Experience in Banking sector with Application Developer/Production support background within the Wealth Management industry.
• Proven ability to communicate with clients, business, vendors, management and project team at all levels.
• Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle and SQL Server.
• Proficient in SQL for querying, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Understand and debug Oracle procedures, functions and triggers.
• Familiarity with ETL tools and data pipeline management.
• Knowledge of data warehouse concepts and star/snowflake schemas.
• Experience with cloud-based data warehouses like Google BigQuery is a plus.
• Unix/Linux shell scripting and Windows batch scripting.
• Oracle PL/SQL queries development and trouble shooting.
• Monitoring tools including Control-M and Tivoli/Geneos.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production systems and applications to ensure high availability.
• Provide rapid issue resolution to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with clients, business teams, vendors and project members.
• Monitor and optimize SQL queries and performance.
• Debug Oracle procedures, functions and triggers.
• Manage data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Support cloud data warehouse workloads (BigQuery).
