Job summary

Metrobank is seeking a Sales Management Officer within the Sales Support Department in Manila, Philippines. The role supports the Investment Distribution desk through onboarding, deal fulfillment, and regulatory compliance, ensuring efficient client activation and servicing.

Based in Metrobank Center, Taguig, the position offers exposure to treasury operations and cross-functional collaboration with Relationship Managers and Branch Officers, with a standard Monday to Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Onboard clients timely through OPICS coordinating with Treasury Operations and Support Division.
• Prepare and encode deals in OPICS to support timely settlement and accurate processing.
• Review trade documents for regulatory compliance and identify exceptions for corrective action.
• Assist in continuous process improvements and department projects.

Responsibilities

• Client onboarding and setup coordination with TOSD and Relationship Managers.
• Deal fulfillment: prepare documentation and coordinate with product providers and operations.
• Compliance and deal quality checks: review documents, identify exceptions, and reconcile records.
• Support process improvements and cross-functional projects to boost productivity and service quality.
