Qualifications

• 6 months of BPO experience handling an international voice account.
• Open to college graduates, undergraduates, and career shifters who meet the experience requirements.
• Excellent conversational and communication skills.
• Willing to work 100% onsite in McKinley, Taguig City.
• Amenable to a fixed night shift schedule.
• Must have at least 1 year of tenure with each previous employer.
• Experience handling an international voice account required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls regarding consumer banking products and services.
• Assist customers with banking-related inquiries, account information, and service requests.
