SECBank is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support customers through branch phone, email and website inquiry channels in the Philippines. The role assists with account and service questions, coordinates requests with relevant teams, and helps deliver clear, courteous and timely customer support.

Aseana City, Paranaque City / Camarines Sur Full-Time position for customer service, with exposure to regulated banking operations and digital banking assistance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Communications or a related field.
• Customer service, branch operations, teller, call center or banking experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation and follow-through skills.
• Able to handle customer concerns professionally and protect confidential banking information.
• Exposure to customer service, branch support and digital banking assistance in a regulated banking environment.
