You will work across branch and channels, handle transactions, provide digital options, and escalate complex cases to managers when needed. No prior experience required; a post-secondary degree is desirable, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or certification is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of personal, commercial and partner offers to serve customers.
• Confident with social media, tablets, smartphones and online tools.

Responsabilités

• Identifies customer needs and initiates referrals to BMO colleagues.
• Supports customer requests for banking services, including transactions and inquiries.
• Welcomes customers and meets banking service and transactional needs with seamless execution.
• Offers advice on digital and self-serve options to make banking easy and fast.
