Job summary

Metrobank is hiring a Customer Service Representative- Teller to support daily banking operations. You will handle cash deposits and withdrawals, verify signatures, and process CA/SA transactions at the start of the day.

You will also manage fund transfers, remittance payments, and outward clearing while promoting the bank's products and services. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for growth within a leading bank in the Philippines.

Qualifications

Preferably graduate of business or finance course.
Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Cash handling and processing of cash/check deposits, withdrawals, check encashment, closing of accounts; signature verification.
Posts of all transaction adjustments to the Current Account/Savings Account (CA/SA) terminal at the start of banking day.
Accepts and processes various fund transfers and remittances payments.
Handles outward clearing operations.
Sells the Bank's and subsidiaries' products and services.
