Job summary

Customer Frontline Solutions, Inc in the Philippines is seeking a cashier/teller-ready associate to handle transactional services for customers, reconcile deposits, and prepare documentation. This role involves ensuring accurate cash handling and timely processing of transactions within a busy branch environment.

You will support daily cash deposits, verify deposits, and coordinate adjustments for erroneous transactions at the assigned site.

Qualifications

• College graduate or associate degree in any field.
• Willing to undergo training.
• Prefers teller background but not required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willing to be assigned in Punta Princesa Cebu and can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Receipt and processing of transactional services to customers.
• Reconciliation of collections, exceptions.
• Verification of deposits cash or checking account.
• Daily deposit of branch cash collections on designated bank accounts thru bank pick up.
• Preparation of necessary documents on transactional services.
• Coordination of adjustment of erroneous transactions within assigned site or branch.
• Cross-sell Bayad Center business center services such as Bill Payment, Money Remittance, Application Acceptance and Eloading, Ticketing, CTPL Sales, Beep and insurance.
