Job summary

AXA Philippines in Makati is seeking an Accountant – Cash Reconciliation role focused on daily validation of collections against bank deposits to ensure accuracy of book postings. You will handle daily collection balances, download bank statements, validate receipts, and assist month-end activities in SAP, including bank service fees, interest income, and recon projects.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Financial Accounting/Business Administration.
• Experience in General accounting and Accounts Reconciliation preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and any accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Validate daily collection balances against bank deposits.
• Download daily bank statements and posted collections.
• Validate receipts against actual deposits and ensure book posting accuracy.
• Document and report issues observed in daily collections.
• Assist in month-end closing activities (bank fees, interest income, recon in SAP).
• Participate in ad hoc reporting and bank reconciliation projects.
