Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the timely and accurate reconciliation of company bank accounts to support reliable financial reporting.
• Reconcile bank statements with internal financial records and verify the accuracy of transactions.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies or reconciling items in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of all bank reconciliation reports and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to verify financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist in monitoring bank transactions and ensuring that all cash movements are properly recorded.
• Support the finance team in maintaining organized financial records and improving reconciliation processes.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies, reporting standards, and internal control procedures.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy.
• At least 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in Head of accounting, bank reconciliation, or finance-related roles.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using ERP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with the team.
• Leadership capability and ability to guide or support team members when needed.
