Job summary

N2S Global Workforce Solutions India Private Limited is seeking an experienced SAP FICO / Accounts Payable Analyst in the Philippines to support end-to-end AP operations. The role requires hands-on SAP/Oracle ERP experience, strong AP process knowledge, and the ability to resolve vendor inquiries efficiently.

Key responsibilities include posting invoices, reconciling AP accounts, and supporting month-end processes. Immediate joiners are preferred for this fast-paced position in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable or SAP FICO experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and/or Oracle ERP.
• Strong knowledge of AP processes, invoicing, reconciliations and month-end activities.

• Process and post vendor invoices accurately in SAP/Oracle.
• Handle AP reconciliations, open item clearing, and aging analysis.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, payment exceptions, and vendor queries.
• Perform GR/IR, accruals, and AP account reconciliations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable or SAP FICO experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and/or Oracle ERP.
• Strong knowledge of AP processes, invoice posting, reconciliations, and month-end activities.
• Experience handling open items, GR/IR accounts, accruals, and vendor balances.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
