Metrobank is seeking a Change Management and Implementation Officer to drive the successful adoption of new processes and tools across branch banking. You will collaborate with multiple business units to ensure changes align with regulatory policies and bank objectives.

You will develop change management plans, engage stakeholders, and deliver training to ensure smooth transitions and sustained improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in change management or project implementation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical thinking with problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with technology implementation and UAT.
• Understanding of branch processes and systems.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute change management plans to support new processes and tools.
• Identify key stakeholders, build relationships, and manage expectations throughout the change process.
• Create and deliver clear communication materials and training for users.
• Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of implementation projects.
• Conduct data analysis and process reviews to identify improvements and develop actionable strategies.
• Support UAT activities and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
