Job summary

Insular Life Assurance Co., Ltd. is seeking an Insurance Solutions Consultant (ISC) to drive bancassurance sales across multiple branches in Tacloban, Tagbilaran, Iloilo, Bacolod, Dumaguete, Puerto Princesa, Legazpi, Naga, and NCR.

The role engages branch personnel and Relationship Managers, conducts financial planning interviews, and closes sales while ensuring compliance with Market Conduct Guidelines. Reports to the Business Development Manager and Bancassurance Partnership Head.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years in insurance, bancassurance, or financial services.
• A commendable sales performance in Financial Services or Wealth Management is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Engages and activates Branch personnel to identify prospective insurance clients
• Undertakes financial planning interviews using a structured presentation process.
• Closes insurance sales from bank client segments
• Ensures achievement of monthly sales goals – individual and team targets.
• Analyzes, prepares adhoc reports and presents findings during performance reviews
• Ensures sales processes comply with Market Conduct Guidelines and company policies
