Responsibilities

• Engages and activates branch personnel to identify prospective insurance clients.
• Undertakes financial planning interviews using a structured presentation process.
• Prepares product presentations and closes insurance sales across bank segments.
• Ensures achievement of monthly sales goals for self and team.
• Analyses data, prepares reports, and presents findings during reviews.
• Maintains compliance with Market Conduct Guidelines.
