Job summary

AIA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a Bancassurance Sales Executive to provide product solutions for the financial needs of BPI customers in the Philippines. The role involves promoting the bank-affiliate relationship, generating bancassurance leads, and coordinating with branch staff to drive business and service delivery.

You will liaise between customers and back-office policy servicing, submit reports timely, and provide market feedback on campaigns and competitors.

Qualifications

• Experience in bancassurance sales with bank partners.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with bank officers and staff.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Promote and maintain the reputation of BPI AIA and its affiliates.
• Solicit new business, cross-sell and up-sell products to the bank’s customers.
