Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline (minimum)
• Certificate in General Insurance required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-centric mindset with ability to work in a team
• Mandarin language knowledge preferred for Mandarin-speaking clients

Responsibilities

• Assist Department Head in developing business opportunities, campaigns, and product updates with bank stakeholders
• Drive new client acquisition to achieve GWP and underwriting profit targets in Bancassurance
• Evaluate, underwrite, and quote risks per authority and guidelines
• Coordinate placement of facultative reinsurance and ensure contract documentation
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and drive campaigns
• Service clients referred by bank channels and meet requirements promptly
• Prepare management reports, monitor budgets and premium collections
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by senior leadership
