Job summary

AXA Philippines (Bankassure Dept.) is seeking Financial Sales Executives to be assigned in PSBANK branches across Laguna. The role focuses on lead generation, setting appointments, and needs analysis to tailor financial solutions for bank customers.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in sales or related roles, a 4- or 5-year degree, and strong communication skills. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and long-term relationship building is a must.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year or 5-year Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–2 years of solid working experience in sales or related roles.
• Willing to be assigned in PSBANK anywhere in Laguna (San Pablo and Los Banos).
• Ability to achieve sales targets on a monthly basis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Open to fresh graduates.

Responsibilities

• Carry out continuous lead generation activities.
• Set appointments, over the phone or face-to-face.
• Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend customized solutions.
• Prepare documents of customers and submit applications.
• Strengthen customer relationship through after sales servicing.
• Build a long-term relationship with the bank partner.
• Engage the bank partner to be active referrers.
• Promote reciprocity by referring customers to the bank for a loan or savings/checking account.
• Inform and update branch of daily activities, branch performance, status of referrals.
• Complete the onboarding program comprising technical and soft skills.
