Job summary

BreadTalk Philippines, Inc. is hiring a CASHIER to handle customer transactions with accuracy and friendly service in our store. You will process payments, issue receipts, balance cash drawer, and assist customers with inquiries.

The ideal candidate is at least a Senior High School graduate, can work overtime, weekends, and holidays, and can start immediately. This is a full-time position in Parañaque, Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have the education levels listed (senior high school or higher).
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills required.
• Able to work efficiently and remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Process cash, credit/debit card, and other payment transactions.
• Accurately calculate and provide change to customers.
• Issue receipts, invoices, or other transaction records.
• Operate and maintain the cash register/POS system.
• Verify prices, discounts, promotions, and payment details.
• Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Report discrepancies or payment issues to the supervisor.
• Assist customers with basic inquiries and concerns.
• Keep the cashier area clean, organized, and secure.
• Follow company policies regarding cash handling, refunds, exchanges, and security.
• Assist with other store or administrative duties as assigned.
