The Store Crew is responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring proper product handling, and maintaining cleanliness and organization within the store. The role supports daily store operations and helps deliver a pleasant customer experience that reflects the brand standards of Cube Bread MNL.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments (cash/GCash/other modes)
• Prepare, pack, and serve bread and other bakery products following food safety standards
• Ensure product displays are clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, including counters, equipment, and dining areas
• Monitor inventory levels and report low stocks to the supervisor
• Follow company policies, procedures, and health & safety guidelines
• Assist in opening and closing duties as assigned
• Handle customer concerns politely and elevate issues when necessary

Qualifications

• With or without prior work experience (training will be provided)
