Creative Cuisine Group in Cebu City is seeking a Bakery Production Team Leader to guide a bakery production crew and ensure daily recipes and schedules are executed efficiently. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, monitoring processing, and strict adherence to quality and safety standards.

The incumbent will assist the supervisor to meet daily output targets. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of hands-on baking experience and can lead by example, coordinating with a busy production

Position: Bakery Production Teamleader

ROLE:

The Bakery Production Team Leader acts as the primary point of contact on the production floor, guiding bakers and production crew to execute daily recipes and baking schedules efficiently. The role focuses on hands-on guidance, monitoring the preparation and baking processes, ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety guidelines, and assisting the supervisor in meeting daily output quotas.

Working Conditions:

• Work is primarily based in a bakery or production facility, with frequent exposure to heat, baking equipment, and food preparation areas.
• Requires early morning shifts, shifting schedules, and work on weekends or holidays to support production cycles.
• Involves guiding team members directly in a fast-paced, high-volume hands-on environment.
• Requires close coordination with the production supervisor to ensure smooth shift transitions and task distributions.
• The role includes monitoring compliance with hygiene and safety standards and addressing immediate operational hiccups on the line.
• Involves prolonged standing, heavy lifting of ingredients/materials, and active movement throughout the production area.

Qualifications:
