Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience in flour, bakery ingredients, food ingredients, or B2B foodservice sales is preferred.
• Willing to travel for customer visits and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new bakery, commissary, restaurant, hotel, and food manufacturing customers.
• Conduct regular customer visits to build relationships and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Present and recommend Prima Flour products based on customer applications.
• Prepare and submit sales quotations.
• Receive and process customer purchase orders.
• Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
• Provide product recommendations for bread, cakes, pastries, pizza, noodles, and other bakery applications.
• Assist customers with flour selection and basic baking or formulation concerns.
