Qualifications

• Senior High School graduate required.
• Proven baking fundamentals including yeast-raised and other products.
• Experience with high-volume production bakery settings preferred.
• Ability to operate commercial bakery equipment and maintain cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake, and finish a variety of baked goods.
• Measure, mix, and prep ingredients per recipes and schedules.
• Proof, fry donuts, bake pastries, and ensure product quality.
• Maintain sanitary workspace and HACCP compliance.
• Monitor raw material inventory and communicate needs to supervisor.
• Package and label finished products for distribution.
