Job summary

PrimeSearch Service Provider Corporation in Angeles City, Philippines, is seeking a Production & Operations Supervisor to create, review, and implement accurate production schedules, analyze output vs plan, and minimize wastage.

You will lead bakers and assistants, ensure adherence to SOPs and safety standards, manage inventory, oversee ordering of raw materials, and maintain bakery equipment through preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Production & Operations: Create, review, and implement accurate production schedules and plans. Analyze output yield versus plan, tracking defects, and minimizing wastage.
• Quality & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to SOPs, food safety standards, sanitation practices, and approved product layout/display guidelines. Conduct random checks on in-process and finished goods.
• Inventory & Ordering: Manage weekly inventory accuracy. Oversee timely ordering of raw materials and packaging while maintaining approved supply levels.
• Team Leadership: Prepare team schedules, assign tasks, supervise/coach bakers and assistants, and review recommendations from production staff.
• Member Service: Deliver high-quality service, engage members with product knowledge and recommendations based on sales contribution and demand, and resolve inquiries.
• Equipment Maintenance: Monitor proper care, usage, and preventive maintenance of bakery equipment.
