Ador's Bakeshop in Pasay seeks a proactive Branch Manager to oversee daily bakery operations, ensure quality, customer service, and safety compliance, and manage staff and schedules. You will handle inventory, train employees, address customer concerns, and optimize sales performance.

Responsibilities include cash handling, record-keeping, and preparing branch performance reports for senior management; flexibility for weekends/holidays is required in this role.

Formación

• Minimum college level education is required.
• Experience in bakery, food service, or retail management is essential.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage a team.
• Knowledge of bakery operations, inventory, and food safety regulations.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
