MicroSourcing in Eastwood, Quezon City is seeking a Back Office Associate to join our team on-site for day shifts. This entry-level role focuses on uploading and reviewing homemade invoices, keeping data accurate, and supporting daily admin operations.

You will work with the Approvals and Verifications Team as needed, learn our processes, and grow within a collaborative call center environment. No prior BPO experience required, training provided.

Qualifications

• No prior BPO experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and error identification.
• Intermediate computer skills; able to navigate multiple systems and tools.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
• Willingness to learn and follow established processes.
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage repetitive tasks.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Upload and process data accurately and efficiently.
• Review documents to ensure information is complete and correct.
• Identify and correct missing or incorrect information.
• Maintain accurate records and organize files.
• Communicate professionally via email with internal colleagues (onshore and offshore).
• Follow company processes and guidelines when handling documents.
• Support the team with general administrative tasks.
• Assist with additional back-office functions as needed.
