Job summary

MicroSourcing seeks a Back Office Associate for an onsite role in Eastwood, Quezon City. The position involves reviewing providers' profiles, verifying documents, and guiding them through sign-up and registration.

You will interact across channels (email, calls, live chat, SMS) in English, identify trends, and ensure accurate Salesforce record-keeping while hitting KPIs and quality standards.

Qualifications

• College level education or above.
• At least 6 months of continuous BPO work experience.
• Proficient in English, with strong written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Review support providers' profiles and verify documents per Mable policies.
• Communicate with providers via outbound calls, email, live chat and SMS to aid signup/registration.
• Identify trends in inquiries or issues faced by providers seeking approval to operate on the platform.
• Meet and exceed KPIs and daily tasks with high quality.
• Maintain thorough records in Salesforce.
• Undertake other duties and adhere to company values, policies and procedures.
