Responsibilities

• Interpret data, analyze results and process transactions in various systems in support of the following areas: Submission Clearance, Policy & Endorsement rating and Issuance, Compliance, Auto, Other operations, as needed
• Prepare and issue documents and reports accurately, as per specifications
• Interact with team and customers as required to complete deliverables
• Communicate issues or queries on a timely basis to ensure quick resolution
• Assist with troubleshooting and improving processes, as needed
