Job summary

Office Beacon (Philippines) Inc. is seeking an Insurance Back-Office Support Specialist to assist a US-based insurer with personal and commercial lines, policy servicing, COIs, and payments.

The ideal candidate has hands-on insurance operations experience, AMS familiarity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Night shifts and Pacific Time hours are required; onsite in Philexcel Clark, Pampanga.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in insurance operations or back-office support.
• Experience handling personal and commercial lines.
• Hands-on experience with an Agency Management System (AMS).
• Proven ability to generate insurance quotes.
• Experience processing COIs and servicing policy needs.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Generate quotes for personal and commercial lines.
• Process new business and service existing clients.
• Set up new client accounts and policies in AMS.
• Support day-to-day policy servicing and COIs.
• Handle claims-related inquiries and follow-ups.
• Monitor client payments and account accuracy.
• Maintain up-to-date client, policy, and filings data.
• Coordinate with carriers, clients, and team members.
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Data entry and document management for insurance records.
• Balance multiple requests and meet deadlines.
• Provide reliable back-office support to the agency and clients.
