Job summary

ISTA Solutions is seeking a Back-Office Associate to join a growing team in Makati on-site. You will handle billing-related tasks, including private pay statements, referrals, and NAMI/MEDICAID reviews, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

The role requires 6 months of BPO experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced healthcare/finance environment, with night shifts required.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months BPO experience.
• Healthcare/finance experience is a plus.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Good verbal and written English skills.
• Willing to work onsite in MAKATI.
• Amenable working night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Complete attorney referral forms using information from PCC.
• Gather required supporting documents, including private pay statements and resident face sheets
• Ensure referral documents are complete for review before submission to attorneys
• Review monthly private pay statements for accuracy before generation
• Verify that taxes and room rates match the census and approved billing rates
• Identify and report billing discrepancies for correction
• Generate reports to ensure every resident has an assigned responsible party
• Identify missing information that may prevent statements from appearing in the credit card portal
• Review Medicaid-pending and NAMI cases to determine whether NAMI amounts should be entered based on the resident's status

  • Review monthly private pay statements for accuracy before generation
