ISTA Solutions is seeking a Back-Office Associate to join our healthcare/finance oriented team in Makati. You will handle collections, private pay statement QA, and NAMI reviews, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.

The role requires at least 6 months of BPO experience, attention to detail, strong MS Excel skills, and good verbal and written English. Onsite night shifts in Makati are required, with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.

• Collections: Complete attorney referral forms using PCC and gather supporting documents.
• Private Pay Statement QA: Review monthly private pay statements for accuracy and verify taxes and room rates.
• NAMI Review: Generate reports to ensure every resident has an assigned responsible party and review Medicaid-pending cases.

Account specific roles and responsibilities:

• Collections
  • Complete attorney referral forms using information from PointClickCare (PCC).
  • Gather required supporting documents, including private pay statements and resident face sheets.
  • Ensure referral documents are complete for review before submission to attorneys.
• Private Pay Statement QA
  • Review monthly private pay statements for accuracy before generation.
  • Verify that taxes and room rates match the census and approved billing rates.
  • Identify and report billing discrepancies for correction.
• NAMI Review
  • Generate reports to ensure every resident has an assigned responsible party.
  • Identify missing information that may prevent statements from appearing in the credit card portal.
  • Review Medicaid-pending and NAMI cases to determine whether NAMI amounts should be entered based on the resident's status.

• At least 6 months BPO experience

• Experience in healthcare/finance is a PLUS!
• Must be detail oriented
• Proficient in using MS Excel
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Good verbal and written English skills
• Willing to work onsite in MAKATI
• Amenable working night shifts
