About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Back of the House Yayoi to join our kitchen team at MKS Workforce Management Services Inc. This is a full-time position based in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a Back of the House team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth kitchen operations, maintaining high standards of food preparation, and supporting our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and assembling food items according to standardised recipes and plating specifications
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of workstations, equipment, and storage areas
• Supporting kitchen staff with food preparation tasks including chopping, mixing, and cooking
• Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times
• Following established procedures for handling and storing ingredients
• Assisting with inventory management and reporting low stock items
• Operating kitchen equipment safely and effectively
• Collaborating with team members to meet service times and maintain workflow efficiency
• Disposing of waste appropriately and maintaining a clean kitchen environment
• Following all company policies and procedures
